The summer residence in west Bulgaria in the town of Dupnitsa (also Dupnica) was treated for the protection and aesthetic effect with Bochemit. Dupnitsa is also called "Little Italia“ and it no surprise the investor chose the place.. Bochemit was recommended by the construction workers.
The current town of Dupnitsa is fast developing town which combines new buildings and modern architecture with historical sites. The town is an ideal place for holidays due to its beautiful position at the foot of Rila Mountain. The investor therefore decided to build his weekend and summer residence here. Bochemit Forte Profi - was used on the new construction for the treatment of the roof, all wooden parts of the building, for the treatment of wooden floors on the terrace and wooden floors around the pool (vacuum impregnation method). Wooden fencing was treated with finish Bochemit Opti F+ . The top cover finish was completed with Bochemit Estetik. Bochemit trademark was selected for its long lasting protection of wood – at least 15 years. ’It all started with the roof, then the construction workers recommended to the investor to use Bochemit,’ says František Zábranský, who is informed in detail about the construction in Bulgaria.
