The former 1st-grade building of the local primary school in Banská Štiavnica is undergoing renovation. Once renovated, the building will house 11 new apartments.
And its new occupants will sleep soundly thanks to the roof beam impregnation provided using Bochemit Antiflash, which reduces wood’s flammability and contains the spread of fire. The investor adopted this canny approach to allow valuable minutes to be bought while evacuating and saving the property.
The renovation was carried out by Banská Štiavnica-based company Rekonbau s.r.o.
